Puppy Application

After you have read our puppy terms and agree to them please complete the puppy application to be considered for a puppy. Deposits are $500 non-refundable. Puppies are $1600 (including deposit).

How did you hear about Labradors of The Valley?

Have you ever raised a puppy before? If so, what breed(s)?

Do you have children in your home? If so, what are their ages? Are they OK around dogs and other animals?

Our health guarantee requires that your puppy not be spayed or neutered until at least 18 months of age. Is this a problem?

Your puppy will need to be socialized with other people and animals. Will you be able to ensure this happens? How?

How do you plan to exercise your dog?

Are you aware that Labradors are large dogs that shed...a lot?
